Some Of The Old Penny Punch-Outs Are Hammered By Hand To Form The Backing. Others Are Milled And Hearts Are Punched Out Of Them. Then 18 Gauge Wire Is Fashioned Into Chain Links And A Hook Clasp And All The Components Are Soldered. A Short Adjustment Chain Is Added At The End.
