I'm wearing the 10" cuff bracelet just above my ankle to bring the benefits of copper to my ankles and feet. If you wear it this way, position the cuff opening at the center of the inner leg. You'll have to shape the copper a bit with your hands to get the cuff to conform to your lower leg's shape.
